Being clearer on my apple charges

Every month the same thing - i have to check when apple makes a charge to my credit card what it was for. Why can’t apple, like the rest of all the billers, add the name of the subscription it is charging me for? When i get a text message that my CC was charged it would be very helpful to add like paramount+, peacock

or what ever it was for…yes i should remember but i don’t so gimme a break!
