Can't swipe left for other Apple Watch faces on watchOS 10.2

watchOS 10.2 enable left/right watch face swiping

Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.

Scroll down and choose “Clock”.

Toggle on the “Swipe to Switch Face” setting.

If you don't have that option then you didn't install watchOS 10.2. Did you look for it in the Watch app on your iPhone? It’s not there, you need to look at Settings on the watch itself.
