Deleted iCloud backups are permanently gone. Apple also states: “WARNING: If you delete the iCloud backup for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, iCloud stops automatically backing up the device.” If you now need the contents of that backup, you’ll need to restore that data from whatever other copies of those files and documents might still be exist and might be available elsewhere.
