My iPhone 12 Pro Max won't get past step 3 of 6 on backup. This is the first time of backup since I've upgrade to 17.2 IOS.
Any suggestions?

A computer backup can take a long time, especially for a first time backup or the first backup after an update. Backups are usually incremental, with only recently changed content synced to an existing backup, but a first backup or a backup after an update is a full backup. So just give it some time (an hour or more, depending on how much content your phone has that is included in the backup).

My iPhone 12 Pro Max is hung up on Step 3 of 6 on syncing. I've upgraded to 17.2 and this is the first time since that I backed up. Help.
