How can I transfer a child to another family sharing account

I was invited to family sharing with my extended family and now I have my own on my own device and I want to add my child to my own device so I can approve her games and apps on her phone but she is still connected to my family members account and I would like her under my own. We do not live in the same state anymore, how can I transfer my daughter to my own account?
