Mainstage Metronome Troubles

The exact same problem as this person, 13 years later...

"Everything is working great except the Count-In! According to the

manual the Count-In is supposed to do a metronome count off for 1 bar

then quit. Problem is the click keeps on clicking until I click on the

Metronome button that I set up on the screen."

I just got mainstage today and brought the issue up with apple. They could not fix the issue and said they would follow up on Monday, the problem is, I need it for a rehearsal on Monday. Any solutions?
