How do I set an appointment to disable my iphone

My iPhone is disabled and I need to make an appointment to get it undisabled how do I do that?

If your phone is disabled, you can either use your own Mac or PC to reset it if you have one, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help if not. Click this link to find support locations near you.


If it's not your entire iPhone but instead just the App Store that is disabled (given the forum you posted in), you'll need to contact Apple Support for help.

If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
