Apple TV 4K how do I change the voice used by siri

I can’t turn off ‘voice over’ and the voice that responds is gibberish.

Siri on Apple TV is non-verbal. On-screen reactions only.

VoiceOver currently has 22 voices available for the US, and additional voices for other supported regions and languages.

Settings﹥Accessibility﹥VoiceOver﹥…

VoiceOver describes the interface (menu) options for the visually impaired. It can be turned on or off in Accessibility Settings. It can be turned on or off by asking Siri to do so. It can be turned on or off using the Accessibility Shortcut (triple-click Menu or Back on the remote), if so configured — which could possibly be accessed accidentally. If you have no need for the Accessibility Shortcut, then you can deactivate it by de-selecting all of its possible accessibility functions, in Settings.

Not to be confused with Audio Descriptions, which is an optional separate content audio track describing scenes, selectable much like an audio language track. That would be pre-recorded and typically have one narrator per language. No voice configuration possible.
