Why can I get up grade final draft 12 when I already bought Final draft 11

I've bought final draft 11 on App Store and now if I want to get FD 12. I need to buy again 229€, as on the Final Draft editor people can get it for 60€. They told that my licence is still available for FD 12. So when I try to ask the question to "report a problem" desk, there is no answer and there no follow to my question, there no status aswel. My question simply disappear. So any one could help here?
