If my new computer is telling me that there are conflicts detected in the migration should I proceed with data transfer?

Trying to transfer data from old 2013 MacBook Pro to new MacBook Air. I am at the select information to transfer screen and it it telling me conflicts detected. Should I continue if I am not sure I will know the answers to the conflicts?

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

Most of the times the conflicts are with software that is not supported anymore. I would transfer from a Time Machine backup instead

Hi,

You should run FirstAid of Disk Utility on old MacBook Pro, then migrate data from old MacBook Pro to new MacBook Air which could prevents disk or file related troubles on new MacBook Air.
