It is not easy to get ahold of a human to direct a question to. I finally found the way to cancel the shut eye app, but I want to speak to a person to get a refund! It’s not fair to take money and not give an easy way to avoid it. Shady practice, Apple! You should have enough money already. I want my refund!!

These are the ways to cancel a subscription and request a refund. Any subscription made using an in-app purchase is easily cancelled, so unclear why you had so much trouble cancelling it. Subscriptions are easily avoided because you will need to double click the side button so it cannot be done by accident. Not sure why you had trouble cancelling or why you think that Apple does not give an easy way to avoid signing up for a subscription.
