2023 15 inch MacBook Air M2 Chip - 32 in display issue

I have a 2023 15 in MacBook Air with M2 chip. I have two external monitors that are both 32 inch. Initially I was running just an Acer that was connected with VGA Port no issue. However the issue arises when I bought my new Samsung monitor. I bought a new adapter “j5create - jcd381 external adapter” that has two hdmi ports. I now have hdmi cords for both my monitors but when I plug it in, it only detects one of my monitors. The second monitor does not come up at all aside from being a mirror.

ideally I’d like to have my laptop as the display and close to the point that I have two separate screens that act as extensions.

which adapter will allow for these plugs in? Keep in mind I have a wireless mouse that plugs into my second usb-c port.

MacBook Air (15-inch, M2, 2023) - Technical Specifications

"Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at 1 billion colors and

One external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz"

No adapters will allow more than one exteral display (except mirroring).

I believe the J5Create adapter is one of those that creates second-class display outputs. The instructions for that adapter, on the vendor site, say that you need to install a special driver on the computer.

If I remember correctly, the workaround technology in this adapter is from Magic Control Technology, so you would NOT use the Synaptics/DisplayLink software. (The driver software has to be matched to the chip set in the external “stunt box.”)
