Smart mailbox issue (date received)

I found that some mails in smart mailbox are not shown.

Mailbox settings:

Date received: is in the last 2 weeks

Description:

Missing mails are replied to a mail which date is before two weeks ago.

macOS version: 13.6.1 (22G313)

I think the behavior was changed recently.

I see that Mail users have been reporting this problem for several years. As per this thread, I have tried deleting all of the "Envelope" files in ~/Library/Mail/V10/MailData, which did not fix the problem but did delete all of my Contacts groups and caused all of my emails be downloaded again, creating duplicates of everything and a huge mess. I have also tried Safe Mode, and I still had the problem in that mode.

Outgoing emails from my Mac come back to me three days later addressed to me. Recipient never receives. Sporadic problem with apple email account. Happens about twice a week. Emails not being received by the recipient. Sending from Mac Pro desktop. The emails I am sending show up in my "sent" folder so I have no indication there is a problem but then three days or so later I receive the email back, addressed to myself, as if I originally sent it that way (to myself). I then ask the intended recipient if they ever received it and the answer is always "no". Using OS is Sonoma 14.5 Help!

OS 13.7 update no longer sends smart list emails Before to the update to OS 13.7 on my 2018 MacBook Pro, sending an email to a smart list from the Mail app would populate the To address field with all the members on the list. Now the To field remains empty. Any ideas?
