I felt mislead by the features and performance touted in the marketing, very disappointing with the light/brightness feature this functionality needs immediate attention the value of this watch is overpriced but I had a interest in the sleek look and love the watch just did not expect the Brightness of the watch to be the only let down!!! Please figure away to make this feature better without me buying or trading in my watch!

My Ultra 2 was dim too. From the Watch app on my iPhone, Display and Brightness, Turn off “Always On”. Your watch face will be black when your arm is down, but now your watch will adjust for the lighting conditions when you raise your wrist.
I have now turn the “Always On’ back on and so far my watch is still adjusting the brightness as it is supposed to.

After Turning the “Always On” off and back on, adjusting the brightness to the highest setting makes a big difference in dim light now, before it made no difference. It’s kind of like toggling Always On has reset the light sensor.
