I can't locate my iPhone with Find My

Does it appear with no location shown, or does it not appear at all?

• If it appears but with no location then it doesn’t have an internet connect or is powered off.
• If it doesn’t appear at all then Find My was not enabled on it.

Assuming that you enabled Find My on the phone.....before.....it was lost, the phone is not going to show up in Find My if one or more of these things are true:

1) The phone has been powered off

2) The battery has run down

3) The phone does not have an Internet connection where it is currently located

Unfortunately, there is not really anything that you can do about this other than keep checking a few times each day to see if the status of the phone has changed.
