Can't export HEVC 10-Bit video at 60FPS on Final Cut

A lot of my projects are filmed in 4K HDR at 60 FPS (or 59.94)

I edit and work within all these constraints but I cannot find a way to export at 60 FPS.

If I export to "Apple Devices" it will not surpass 29.97/30

If I export to "Computer" I can achieve 60FPS, but 10-bit HDR is not available.

What I need is a way to export HEVC 10bit HLG at 4K 60fps but the options do NOT exist. Can someone perhaps share compressor settings or point me in the right direction I am going clinically insane trying to get this sorted.
