Netflix broken (black screen) across all browsers after taking a screenshot

Hi Community! I was going through the Top 5 Skills in the Mac Tips, and playing with screenshots, I absentmindedly took a screenshot of my Netflix screen, and the player screen immediately went black. I still have audio. I did all of the recommended help desk fixes, talked to LiveChat (same unhelpful suggestions)- no fix. Strangely, while the problem started in Firefox, Netflix player is black in Chrome & Safari too. It works on my phone and works on a different laptop. I have restarted my computer multiple times, and did every obvious thing you could think of. Did screenshot cause some glitch? I don't think Netflix blacklisted me for trying to take a screenshot- I don't see anyone else reporting that. Help please and thank you in advance!

I figured it out! Screenshot was RECORDING the entire time. For days it was in record mode so Netflix was continuously blocking every playing screen in every browser. I didn't even know I had selected record or anything was actively recording. Now I remember why I completely stopped using the command 5 screenshot tool.
