when I touch the screen a bubble appears?

I'm not sure how this happened but 2 days ago a bubble started to appear when I touch my watch screen. This does not allow me to navigate anything on my watch unless I hold my finger on what app (etc) I'm trying to open and press really hard. Any ideas how to undo this?
