phone stolen and don't know Apple ID or password

ex girlfriend stole my iphone years ago and I have yet to remember the Apple ID or password that was used on that phone when it was set up. I'm trying to gather all my pictures, contacts videos, etc. from that account.

iPhone AND Apple ID Stolen My friend’s phone was stolen at a bar last night. They managed to unlock the phone and gain access to the Apple ID connected to the phone. They are using the phone maliciously. Is there any possible way to wipe all data on the phone without having it present. The find my iPhone app will not work because they have changed the Apple ID password and the phone is needed to change the password again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
