I have a problem with my iPhone X device, it suddenly turned off
I tried many times to restore or update and I get that iPhone could not be restored or updated an unknown error occurred
I need a solution please all my important things are saved on that device

Sorry, but things must not have been all that important if you have no backup. Is that really what you are saying here?
Restoring the phone.....even if it is possible.....will erase all of the data on the phone, so that idea is out if you want to try to save the data on the phone.
When was the last time that you replaced the battery on the phone?
