If I wear my watch on the inside of my wrist, does that affect blood oxygen level readings?

My blood oxygen levels readings are low and I wonder if that’s because my watch on the inside of my wrist instead of the outside. For some reason, I don’t like smashing the screen which happens when it’s on the outside.

Why don't you test it and report back? Do a reading with the watch in both positions and see if there is a difference.

Apple has a page called How to use the Blood Oxygen app on Apple Watch - Apple Support which details how to use the watch for this function and in the graphic showing how to take the reading the watch is shown on the top of the wrist, so you'd have to conclude that this is the expected position.
