How to pair my Apple Watch to my iPhone?

I don't have the Activation Lock passcode, and the "Reset" under General Settings is not active.

Only the original owner can remove the Activation Lock. If you can't contact them to remove the Lock, you can't use the watch. You should return it to the vender who sold it to you.
