Annotated pdf damaged in Apple Books app

I was annotating my pdf for whole three days and it got damaged . i can’t open it on other devices neither. Need help. I really need this pdf so bad . This is happening for second time. I am using the updated ios. I really don’t know what to do now

iPad kindle app format My iPad messes up the format of a kindle book I am trying to download. Looks like the original kindle book might be a scan. Seems to relocate bits of text. Hopeless?

Apple Books PDF notes disappearing I have a PDF book imported in my Apple Book app on iPad. While reading it, I had some highlights and took notes there. Then I clicked "Share PDF" and opened the PDF in another app Nebo. Surprisingly I found that while the highlights are still there, all notes are missing! Then I went back to the Book app and cannot see the notes as well! How can I fix it?
