I can’t add my card to my wallet

Every time I press “add” it says “To add cards, keys, tickets, and passes to wallet, look for the Add To Wallet button in apps, emails, and websites. I pressed the “learn more” button which took me to a website but the website doesn’t provide any of the information I’m looking for.
