EtreCheck reports unsigned files. Which to get rid of and how?

Here's the relevant screen:

I

I am in contact with Cisco re the WebEx files. They said to check Apple Support. Well, here I am!

See the screenshot at the end.

The OWC file is okay. I just got a new OWC disk. I asked them about this, and they said not to worry. It was part of the help in setting up the disk, or something like tat.

The microsoft files are of concern -- at least the first one. Is that the Microsoft AutoUpdate, the one that keeps MS 365 apps up to date, or the update that updates copies of files on the cloud? I started that automatic duplication to the cloud by accident once and DO NOT WANT IT. Slows things down, makes files hard to keep track of, and I don't really need it. I had that nightmare with Dropbox once, among others. Fortunately, I managed to turn it off somehow. But I don't want to break the former!

SMART Utility. I have some Western Digital (WD) disks, one of them attached, so I think that's okay.

I think I can delete Windows 10.app. At one point, I

had Parallels and Windows 10 installed. Difficult to start up. Was going to tutor with it. Never happened.

The com.microsoft.openxml.excel.app is okay, I think, as I do have Microsoft 365 installed. When I click Show, I get the first screenshot below.

I also had a kernel panic. I suspect it's my first OWC SSD drive, as it become unmountable, fsck gave error 8, and said it was not repairable. So I initted (erased, in Apple-speak) it and still can't recover from backup. That will be another thread.

EtreCheck report is attached, but somehow ended up in the middle of the SMART paragraph!

TIA!

[Edited version, which I could not save for some reason. Screenshots are in the original post. Sorry for the extra post!]

Monterey 12.7.2 (I don't know why it says macOS 12.6 at the bottom of the post (outside the type-in window).

I also had a kernel panic. I suspect it's my first OWC SSD drive, as it had become unmountable and is perhaps still causing problems (I had a kernel panic back in September), fsck gave error 8, and said it was not repairable. So I initted (erased, in Apple-speak) it, and I still can't recover from backup. That will be another thread.
