Whatsapp / Telegram on Apple Watch

Hello to all! I used to have an Apple Watch (about 3 years ago), and then Telegram and Instagram apps were available on the watch. Recently purchased again, but I don't see these apps. Can you advise alternative apps for these services: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram? There are many options in the AppStore, but I want proven, safe.

Hello,

I am not sure if these others have an app for the Apple Watch but you can check/try (all have encryption by default; in order of preference): Signal, Wire, Threema, Viber, Dust. If you are open to DM options then look at X (encryption needs to be enabled).
