My card is being charged by apple com bill and a phone number and then I see charges from apple com Bill Cupertino? Is the Bill Cupertino legit as it seems like there are many more charges than should be there. Also some charges say debit purchase and some say debit memo...what is the difference?

For the debit purchase and debit memo, that is likely something your payment method issuer labels the transactions, not Apple. Ask your issuer to clarify those labels.
