Is there a way to assign certain subscription to a particular card and separate my purchases?
I have more than one card on file. I want to use them for separate purchases. Is there a war to use one for subscription and another for purchases?

No. The payment methods on your Apple ID are used in the order they appear in for every purchase.
There is no way to assign a specific payment method on your account to a specific charge or subscription.
