I have purchased the Studio Beats. I have very bad hearing loss and was hoping to use these Beats in "Live Listen" mode when I needed to since I am usually wearing them most of the day listening to audio books. But so far I have not figured out how to activate "Live Listen" on these Studio Beats ear pods.
Does anyone here have any information they can share? Thanks for you time.

Check what model you own and compare it to the models that support live listen.

I did however purchase a pair of the "Beats Fit Pro" earbuds. And those are working fine in the
"Listen Mode". So either there is something wrong with these "Beats Studio Buds" that I have
or the Beats "Studio Buds" don't have the "Listen Mode". At this point I am thinking that the "Listen Mode"
is just not included with the "Studio Buds". I was really hoping that someone from Apple Support would respond
here and let me know for sure if the Listen Mode is supported with the Studio Beats.
