no badges on podcast app

The strange thing that i dont have any badges on new episodes with the podcast app. I cant select them either in the settings because the option isnt there. I have problem a long long time witn many iphones. Ive tried anything but im afraid its a bug. Im not the only one ive read. Does anyone now a solution?

What are badges I am learning the many wonderful and endless, it seems, things that I can do with my IPhone SE20. Badges, for instance. I got here via siri. This is not an important issue but I just feel out of my depth. Thanks

ios 17.4.1 - Badges Disappeared on Apps Last night my phone updates to the latest iOS 17.4.1. All my badges for every application has disappeared. I don’t have a badge for texts, emails, or any apps. My notifications are on and I am not getting any notifications either. Anyone know what has happened?
