How do I force unpair the watch

I recently encountered an issue where I interrupted the unpairing process between my phone and smartwatch. Now, the watch seems to function normally and can pair with another phone, but my original phone still shows the watch as paired in its settings. Attempting to re-pair results in an endless loading circle beside the watch icon, and the option to unpair is grayed out. Additionally, the watch doesn’t appear in the ‘Find My Phone’ app. I’d like to avoid resetting my phone if possible. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue without a phone reset?
