Call backround looks like video

The call background for every incoming and outgoing call looks like a blurred out video. How do I go back to the background from before the iOS17 update?

Can't clear recent calls after upgrade to iOS 17 The ability to clear (en masse) recent calls in iOS 17 appears to be gone. Any idea where it went?
