Headphone Audio Level and Bone Conducting headset

I switched from AirPod Pro to a Shokz bone conducting headset. The volume I perceive is always lower than when I had AirPod which is fine, the Sholz doesn't block my ear which is by design. That been said, my iPhone always seems to think the dB I'm experiencing to be much louder than the AirPod Pro was. My 80% to maximum on the Shokz always gives me multiple ear damage danger, as if I was experiencing nearly 90dB or more...

There has to be a misconfiguration of how Bone Conducting volume levels are evaluated.

For now, I would like to just turn this feature off, but in the headphone safety menu, the option is about the automatic volume-reducing feature, no option to turn this off. I'm in Canada, maybe it's mandatory in my country?
