I found my lists were still in the iTunes app, but note that you cannot add TV/Movies to any kind of list (maybe sending to notepad allows for some kind of list-making), only music, which is odd. I mean why keep the iTunes app at all? Why not just add a “store” tab to the Music app?
The store tab on the AppleTV app isn’t great since the listings are the same as if you browse shows from the home page. TV shows are especially suffering compared to the iTunes app: there is no “new release” section for TV shows at all, which used to be handy for spotting when shows that were previously streaming only were available for purchase. Additionally sometimes the ability to purchase a show is actually missing. I own a number of shows that I’ve purchased from Apple and show in my Library, but if I look in the other parts of the app “How to watch” only shows the streaming channel. I’ve had minor issues in the past where I’ve bought a season pass for a BBC show and Up Next is pointing me at BBC iPlayer - which I don’t have installed - rather than my own library despite telling me a new episode was available from my purchase.
I have used the feedback form, but honestly this should all be obvious to anyone making a change like this. Unless Apple is planning to stop selling media content altogether (my music wish list items haven’t had sales in years - ditto for TV Shows), I cannot see why they’d make the experience of trying to buy TV/Movies worse as they have done. Scrolling to the bottom of a show or movie entry to see how much it is - assuming it’s even indicated for purchase - is pretty poor. Removing long-standing wish lists is just bizarre. You might as well remove watch lists from a streaming app.
