Are security keys able to be hacked?

There are hackers who have targeted me and will not leave any of my electronic devices alone. If I need to enter my security key online, they will have access. How do I get my phone secured if it is hacked even after changing a phone number or changing phones?

Has anyone had any problems with hackers who are extremely Apple Tech savvy?
