Unable to open US bank website via Safari on my MacBook Pro

I had the same problem months ago. never solved it because the problem went away but it is here again. Using the same computer I have had to use browsers other than Safari to get to the bank. This time it has not cured itself. Recently I began with a new computer, MacBook pro 2023 and continue to have the problem.

What is going on. any ideas? JJP

I have that same problem with US Bank as well. Clicking "Sign In" on the main page should open a drop-down window with spaces for your credentials but that doesn't happen. I've never had a problem using Firefox, any version, but I don't like Firefox.

Using Safari, I go to the Locations page and use the Sign-In button there. It has yet to fail to operate normally.

Another poster mentioned the option to block pop-ups but that setting has no effect on the behavior of the Sign-In button on the main page.
