I recently found my AirPods pros (A2084) and I can't get them to connect to my iPhone 13 Pro.

I recently found my AirPods pros (A2084) and I can't get them to connect to my iPhone 13 Pro. I recently had it replaced by insurance and this is the first time I have tried connecting the AirPods to this phone. I can get them to connect to my MacBook but only the left one works. I have updated both the phone and the MacBook and still nothing. I noticed that the firmware is 3E751 which seems really old. I tried resetting the AirPods, plugging them into the MacBook and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated!
