Apple Pencil scribble not working on iPad Pro 10.5

Recently I got an iPad Pro 12.9 inch for my dad. I tested it and a feature called scribble. This is where you can use your handwriting to type.

I wanted this feature for my own iPad Pro (10.5) but I can't find it in settings and it isn't is there any way to yet this working?

No Scribble option Hello, I have iPad Pro 11 (1.generation 2018) and Apple pencil 2. generation and I would like to use the scribble option but I don't have it as an option in settings, but when I try to search by the search bar in settings, it finds it but I can't click on it at all. I tried to restart my iPad, it didnť help. What should I do? Does my iPad even support the scribble option with my apple pencil? Thank you.
