My Mac won't update new software. Safari or Chrome won't completely load anymore

Why can I not update my Mac? Its 10.13.6 early 2015. Im noticing google sheets aren't supported anymore nor will Safari or chrome load websites completely.

You can and should update that Mac to macOS 12 "Monterey".

Start here: How to download and install macOS - Apple Support. Scroll down to Monterey 12.

Back up your Mac as a matter of course. To learn how to use Time Machine please read Back up your files with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support. That should go without saying, but if you do not back up your Mac, then by definition the possibility of permanently losing all its contents does not concern you in the least. That holds true whether or not you choose to update your Mac.
