Find My isn't allowing me to click on or share my location

Ive tried location services, find my app, and screen time route to get the find my app to work. why is it gray? I can't select the app or share location with friends, although I can find my phone on my own with my laptop

Find My app not working on my iPhone 14 Plus My Find My app isn’t working or sharing my location to people. Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Share My Location to Allow.
