Purchased iPhone - no free Apple TV access as advertised when buying I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro from John Lewis. The offer said I would get 3 months free Apple TV Access. I checked how to redeem this and it said to do this through the app on my new phone. It is charging me for access as I have been a previous subscriber. Why is this not clear in the offe?
