Lost Dead Apple Watch In Foreign Country

Is there anyway to find a dead Apple watch in another country? My find my is accurate to the time of when I last remember having it, when I am assuming I lost it. What should I do to find it and are there any ways to connect the find my on another device? I'm very concerned, is there a way to get another one with a warranty if I have had it for two years?
