Apple continues to send me the wrong size iPad trade in box.

So I'm trading in my 12" iPad for a 11" Pro. I received the 11" Pro almost 2 weeks ago. Apple first sent out a trade in box that was too small. Apparently made for the regular iPads and not the 12" model. So I called and asked them to send the correct size. 4 days later another box was sent. Same size. Called them again. Same result. Why are they incapable of sending out the correct box for the larger 12" iPad? They are threatening to cancel my trade in now.
