Gmail Notifications

At recent times, may be after the software update, my iphone doest not provide a brief notification for Gmail. Previously it displays the mail whereas now it pops up jus saying "you have a new mail".

How do i retrieve to get the detailed notification?

Why the Gmail subject line not shown on my Iphone when I have Gmail notification on? I switched from Android to Iphone 15 recently. Whenever a new mail comes in, I got a notification as "You have a new message." Then I need to unlock my phone to open Gmail to get further details of the mail. While using Android, the mail notification already includes the subject line of the mail so I dont' have to open my Gmail to get the details. Any way to get the subject line of the mail included in the notification? Thanks
