Can’t share attachments from Gmail, Can’t download files from drive

Hi,

I am using IPhone 13 and not able to share any attachment from gmail / outlook to any other app. Whenever I try to save files it only shows chrome folder. Save button remains disable for “on my iPhone” and “iCloud Drive”.

I recently visited imagine showroom to get help, they suggested to reset settings did that as well still the same problem remains.

Even if I save on chrome folder while sending on whatsapp chrome folder shows empty

Need help ASAP !

If you had those files on other Cloud Drives (Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) Then download the app and please log into them before you can access those files on Files App.
