so i was scrolling thru fb and saw a news and i tried to click and somethign showed that hackers are tracking me and i click on the ok for preitection and an app pop up to install. is my phine safe or should i clear everyrhing on my phone?

What you saw was a scam. If you click to install you will be INSTALLING malware, not protecting your phone. Report it to Facebook, and never again click on a link that says your phone has been hacked or has viruses. And if you entered any personal information such as a credit card call your card issuer and report the transaction as fraud and have them cancel and re-issue the card.
