Couldn't find /Library/Frameworks

You are looking in your local library, not the operating system Library. Although there can be a Frameworks folder in your local Library, mine is empty as I would expect it to be on Sonoma 14.2.


Click on your Desktop to focus Finder and then press shift+cmd+G (Go to Folder) and enter /Library/Frameworks with a return. That will open a Finder window displaying that location.
