Can Macbook Pro 16-inch 2019 support and run on any Monitor that is 1440p and 144hz?
Hello,
I am interested in knowing if my macbook (model given in picture below), can support and run at 1440p, 144hz on an external display (AKA a monitor). Not the actual macbook display.
Currently I am interested in the following monitor: https://www.amazon.ca/LG-27GL83A-B-27-Inch-Led-Lit-14700510/dp/B07YGZL8XF/ref=sr_1_4?crid=DGFSIL7H22F1&keywords=lg%2Bultragear&qid=1703006680&s=electronics&sprefix=lg%2Bultragear%2Celectronics%2C109&sr=1-4&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.d0e27fc4-6417-4b26-97cb-f959a9930752&th=1
I am not aware of what wires to use etc. (displayport or HDMI) and so I would like someone to advise me.
If this is possible, Ill go ahead and buy the monitor (or any others if they handle 1440p 144hz for macbook).
There is no clear information on this and so I hope I get a direct answer this time around. Some people say it works and some say it doesn't and it's confusing.
