where do I go to file the paperwork to remove an ex employees Apple ID from company iPad?
we have an iPad that we can't use because of a disgruntled employee.. he won't give us the lock code
I don't know the I pad version

the serial number of the iPad, make a genius bar
reservation and bring in the receipt, iPad, and government
issued photo ID to Apple and they may assist in resolving the problem.
