How to turn off ad blocker on my MacBook Air?

Ad Blocker has disabled my laptop.

Recently, after upgrading to Sequoia, I am getting blocked from visiting sites that are not considered appropriate for work-related visits. The company logo comes up and tells me I am blocked. Quit the Safari app if it is open. Then, find the ad blocker you installed, and drag it to the Trash. Fixed?
